I downloaded the ebook in June.. I wanted to change my habits and know what calories etc I should be consuming per day.. I worked out my calories and macros from the tab on the home page.. I follow the work outs regularly and really enjoy just being able to open my laptop and do a workout to suit my time.. since then I’ve gone from 12 stone 6lbs to 10 stone 12 pounds and continue to follow the ebook and the new updates that come out!! Well worth the subscription.. This ebook is so easy to use !Thank you Zsa Zsa for making me feel so much healthier and positive!
I have been training with Zsa for just under 12 months and I can honestly say I enjoy each session (even when she has me doing 90 burpees!). I always leave my session feeling much fitter and stronger! Her live workouts during lockdown were amazing & I am so pleased with the results I’ve had from completing her e-book. I purchased the ebook 7 weeks ago and it is a fantastic! The videos with the demonstration of each exercise helps immensely to make sure I’m doing them correctly and I actually enjoy exercising again! I’ve lost 9lbs in the last 6 weeks! The new weekly videos and recipes are great too and I look forward to seeing what’s new on the website every week!
