A simple quick and easy Asian dish bursting with flavour! The perfect mid week meal!
1. Heat the oil in a wok or large saucepan on a medium heat and add the garlic and spring onions and fry for 2-3 mins
2. Add the carrots, peas and cashew nuts and fry for a further 5 mins. Stir in the sugar, soy sauce and noodles and fry for 2 mins.
3. Season with pepper and serve immediately
