1. Heat the oil in a pan on a medium to high heat. Add the tofu and fry until slightly golden.
2. Add the onion, pepper & garlic and fry until slightly softened.
3. Add the pineapple, ketchup, white wine vinegar & soy sauce and mix altogether. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.
5. Once the rice is cooked, drain and half the mixture into two bowls.
6. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over each dish and serve immediately.
