Veggie flatbread pizza

Fancy a pizza, but not all the fat and calories that come with it? This simple recipe allows you to feel less guilty but still as satisfied! The perfect Saturday night fakeaway!

Ingredients

• X2 sundried tomato & garlic flatbread (I buy mine fresh from Tesco)
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 50g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 80g sweetcorn
• 20g vintage cheddar cheese, grated

Method

1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place your flatbreads on top of a baking tray and scatter over the vegetables evenly. Sprinkle the cheese on top and place your pizzas in the oven for 8-12 mins until crispy!
